- En una arrocera o una olla se pone aceite y luego se pone el arroz y se saltea hasta que tome un color marrón se le agregan los cubitos de tomate y saltea un par de minutos más esto es para que el arroz tome un color rosa/rojo se baja a fuego muy bajito y se le agrega el agua y se tapa hasta que esté bien cocido y seco y se rectifica sabor
- Se sirve en un plato plano se forma una cama con el arroz y el pollo se pone encima
